Cortex 1 is a marketing platform that lets businesses connect their own marketing, advertising, and commerce accounts and manage their marketing from one place, including publishing content, creating and managing ad campaigns, and viewing analytics. The service is currently offered in an early-access phase and evolves quickly.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Cortex 1 operates on a bring-your-own-account model. The marketing, advertising, and commerce accounts you connect remain yours, under the terms of the relevant platform. By connecting them you authorize Cortex 1 to act on them according to your instructions (for example publishing a post or creating a paused ad campaign). You are responsible for the content you publish and the campaigns you run, including their compliance with each platform's policies and applicable law. Ad spend is billed by the advertising platforms directly to your own accounts; Cortex 1 never holds your ad budget.
You may not use Cortex 1 to send spam, publish unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, attempt to access other tenants' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
You retain rights to the content and data you bring to Cortex 1. We retain rights to the Cortex 1 software and brand. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (for example storing your content and transmitting it to the platforms you connect).
The service is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or specific marketing outcomes such as reach, engagement, or revenue. AI-generated profiles, insights, and recommendations are assistive and should be reviewed before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E1 Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or platform decisions (such as ad rejections or account restrictions) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5 to 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
